Our Founder & Chairman, Mr Srinivasa Murthy has over 2 decades of rich experience in various major industries including the Real Estate and Property Development sector. He has held several prestigious positions such as the Chairman of Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce for Economic Activities Trade Promotion, Chairman of Special Projects - committee for promotion of Agriculture Development FKCCI and President of Federation of Association of Members for promotion Karnataka Chamber of Trade.
He holds leadership position in various organizations. He was the President and Chamber Of Commerce and FKCCI s, Board Member of Central Board of Direct Taxes Karnataka & Goa region and he is also the Director of Green Food Park Limited (Industrial food park with GOI & GOK) and KBD Sugars & Distilleries Ltd.
KMS, as he is affectionately referred to, takes care of the overall Management of the Company. He is also an adventure enthusiast and a nature lover who believes in Quality, Timeliness & Perfection as the main motto. While leading Eagles Unbound to greater success and achievements, he has always kept environment as his top priority.
Maj Gen VPS Bhakuni, VSM (R)
Chief Executive Officer
Major General VPS Bhakuni, VSM, was commissioned into the Dogra Regiment in 1981. He has rendered distinguished service of 37 years in the Armed Forces. The General Officer has participated in various operations including Counter Insurgency operations viz., Op Pawan (Sri Lanka-IPKF), Operation Rakshak and Operation Parakram in Jammu and Kashmir. He has performed the duties of Colonel General Staff (Operations) of a Corps in Western Theatre and MGGS (Info Sys) and Chief of Staff of prestigious 15 Corps in Srinagar when Kashmir was under floods in Sep 2015. The General Officer assumed the responsibility of Commandant, Selection Centre South in Jan 2016 which is tasked to select officers for Army, Navy and Air Force.
He is presently serving as the CEO of Eagles Unbound, a unique venture dealing with “Personality, Skill Development and Outbound Training infused with Adventure”.
Brig Amardeep Singh
President
An alumnus of National Defence Academy (NDA) and Indian Military Academy (IMA), Brig Amardeep Singh has had an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the Indian Army and over four years in the corporate. He is a post graduate in Management and Higher Defence Management course. He has extensive operational experience of mountains, jungles including insurgency areas, with the elite Parachute Brigade and Special Forces.
Brig Amardeep Singh has been an instructor twice at a premiere logistics training establishment responsible for training men and officers of our army as well as foreign armies. He has been an assessor with the Services Selection Board. An avid sportsman and an adventure enthusiast, he is a skydiver, rallyist, rider, cricketer and a squash player of note.
RV Nagendra
General Manager & Chief Guide
Nagendra can be described as a perfect outdoor person with more than 20 years of experience in outbound training and various adventure activities. He holds multiple certifications from internationally renowned entities like NOLS - Wilderness Medicine Institute - Wilderness First Responder, Adult CPR & Airway Management, Wilderness First Aid & Diploma in Trip Leader Course U.S.A. and Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), Uttarkashi. He specialises in terrestrial activities, has led numerous adventure and outbound training programs.
Nagendra has worked with one of the best facilitators in Asia (Hong Kong) on Experiential learning modules which focus on team building and leadership qualities along with a 3 year work experience in Hong Kong with a renowned adventure organisation, which gave him the exposure to work with international standards for usage and maintenance of equipment. He has work with corporates and children’s program on experiential learning as Lead facilitator, program coordinator, group leader and lead guide. He leads the Adventure activities team at Eagles Unbound.
Romil Bhakuni
Marketing Manager & Lead Guide
Romil has been working as a marketing professional for over 5 years in corporate and entrepreneurial roles. His last startup 'Dirk Da Dhobi' was Bangalore's first premium-laundry service and was shortlisted for NASSCOM's 10,000 Startup Program.
Graduating as an Electronics Engineer from Dehradun, he now specialises in Digital Marketing & online branding. He is the brains behind the online presence of Eagles Unbound across various online channels. Having played at different competitive levels in sports like football, basketball and swimming, and being a fitness enthusiast, he shares a passion for Adventure just like the rest of the team at Eagles Unbound.
Subedar Sunil KS
Senior Manager & Assistant Guide
Sunil KS is an army veteran with 30 years of experience.He joined the army in 1988 and gained combat experiences in the jungles of North East, Mountains of J & K and the Kargil War. His Natural flair for organization earned him the opportunities to learn and become proficient in computers, office Management, accounts and HR.
He has been an instructor at a premier training institute of the Indian army conducting training for the personnel of all the three Armed forces including those of foreign Countries. He is also an amateur naturalist and extremely conscious of the environment.
Havildar/Honorary Naib Subedar Ravi R
The Guide
Havildar/Honorary Naib Subedar Ravi R has served with the Indian Army for over 26 years in the Corps of Signals with distinction. He proved himself to be an Effective Team Leader and an Innovator. His quests for self improvement lead him to complete his B.Sc in Electronics and Telecommunications while serving in the army, as well as earn his honorary rank, an outstanding feat indeed.
As a dedicated soldier, his service in both peace and field all across the country including the J & K coupled with his never die spirit lead and the sense of adventure brought him to Eagles Unbound & SSB Sure shot and presently he is not only our Lead guide but also the resident telecommunications and computer expert.
Havildar Suresh Kumar G
The Guide
Havildar Suresh Kumar has served with the Indian Army with Dedication and sincerity for 26 years in the Corps of Signals in The most Challenging environments of both J & K and the North East. His dedication to service has earned him the award of Best Signal Man. His extensive knowledge of satellite and wireless communications was Invaluable to the Indian Army, which he serves Selfless.
A thorough soldier and excellent time management abilities along with love for adventure brought him Eagles Unbound and SSB Sure shot and presently he is our Lead Guide and Administrator.
